Hi,

When "InternalClientFullDataMonitoredItem" object is used I have noticed that the callback is called if the value has changed, right?

How could be the callback called if the value never changes?

Hello,

You will receive an initial DataChange, i.e. the callback is called directly after the MonitoredItem is created. Then the callback is only called if the attribute value changes.
