How to get variable identifier value

Hi all,

I need to get the value of a variable by using "Unified Automation Sample Client Basic" application. However, i can not find the correct syntax to provide the value of a variable in PLC. I mean, What should be the exact string inside of the "Variable Identifier" textbox. Please see the image to understand easily: https://pasteboard.co/GWEjpea.png
