Minor UI Problem

Hi, I am using UAExpert 1.4.4

In a History Trend View
If you click on the "Update" button when there is no OPC UA Node in the list, the button turn into "Cancel".
The button is then blocked in this state and the View has to be removed since it will never be useable anymore.

thank you for the hint, we will fix this in the next version of UaExpert.
