Could not connect to server:BadTimeout

Hi Everybody,

I am trying to connect an OPC UA server (developed with C and running in embedded Linux). The server is in network (I can ping) but if I try to access via UA expert with security policy None and
anonymous mode, it says "Could not connect to server : BadTimeout". What does it mean? I am using port 48020, does it mean the port is not open by the network where the OPC server is located?

Problem was solved by enabling the port. In my case port was disabled by the IT department.
