Sign, SignAndEncrypt possible?

Post by SeHa »

Hello,
Facet "UA-TCP UA-SC UA-Binary" supports "UA Secure Conversation". UASC defines a security header with parameter SecurityPolicyUri. Is it correct that it is only possible to enter "SecurityPolicy – None" into the header, since the SDK doesn't support other SecurityPolicy Facets? This means that Sign and SignAndEncrypt are not supported by the SDK.
I hope that my guess is wrong. If it is, please give me explanation why. Thank you!

For the sever it is possible to use other policies than None with mode Sign or SignAndEncrypt, such a policy is also used in our default settings.conf.

For the client being still beta it is not yet possible to use other policies than None, but will be implemented when it is marked stable.
