Potential Leak XXX buffers allocated

There is a system level event being logged with growing numbers saying Potential Leak xxx buffers allocated. Which buffers are indicated by this message? I am not sure how to tell, from that message, exactly which resource that I manage the lifecycle of, to investigate.

Is there any change that it knows what the usage of the buffers are and can provide more detail?
