DefaultRolePermissions

Hello,
I want to edit the DefaultRolePermissions in "Server/Namespaces/http://opcfoundation.org/UA", because the permissions should be the same in all included models. But all input boxes are deactivated. See attachment.
In the one of my own created models, I can edit the permissions. But I cannot edit the permissions in the other models, because they are missing in folder "namespaces". See Attachment. So it is not possible to set the permissions for the other models.
Can you tell me, what to do?
