License transmition

HEllo!
We bought for our company a license of UA Modeler and the license was bound to the respective host machine. Now, that developer is not anymore implied in that project so we need to transmit (to pass) the license to another developer that has a different computer.
How can this be achieved since we cannot inter change the computers? (others programs with special licenses are linked to those computers so we cannot inter change them)
And 1000 euro is not a small amount....
