Can you please help us to how to add new user and password in serverConfigxml of UACPP server ?

Hello,
why do you think it would be good to store user and pwd in an xml file?
The user/pwd is typically stored in a save backend system. The SDK provides some sample, which is just for demonstration, but should (of course) NOT be used as is, instead you should investigate the sample and you must implement your own backend.
