I started with UA expert and wanted to know if it was possible to start logging automatically in the plugin data logger view (without clicking on the button "start"). maybe with batch command line.

it is not possible to automatically start the data logger view in UaExpert. The UaExpert is a test tool only and not intended for productive use, which is why features like that are not available.
