after installing uaexpert-bin-win32-x86-vs2008sp1-v1.3.0-201 it is not possible to change the IP adress from WinXP, why

I can no longer use the winxp. where the settings can be reversed

it is very hard to understand what your actual problem is. Your first post indicates that you have installed UaExpert v1.3.0 on Windows XP and now you can not change the IP address of your Network Adapter. Is this your problem? If so, we can promise you that installing UaExpert has no effect in this direction.
If this is not your problem, please be more precise with your description.
