Data Change Filter

When I modify a MonitoredItems and Add some Data Change Filter,
If the ModifyMonitoredItems return Good, but the ItemResult return an Error Code (for example if I add a Percent DataFilter on a non Analog datapoint).
When I click after on MonitoredItemSettings, the parameters are still correct even if the Server return an Error.

Is there a special Error code that the Server shall return so that the parameters would be the same as before the ModifyMonitoredItems request ?
I tried those defined by the OPC UA spec : BadDeadbandFilterInvalid, dBad_MonitoredItemFilterInvalid, Bad_MonitoredItemUnsupported, Bad_FilterNotAllowed.
I guess the right one shall be BadDeadbandFilterInvalid (in the case of Percent for non Analog)
but no one of this Error codes seems to be used to update the parameters...
