UaExpert Zip File is invalid

Hi there,
I downloaded the Windows UaExpert zip file from the Downloads page and attempted to unzip it on my Windows Server 2008 System and the error message that I got said that the zip file was invalid. Is there an issue with the zip file on the Download page?
