I have a valid support package, so I e-mail my question via "e-mail form" 3 days ago. But I haven't got any response till now.

I am not sure does the "e-mail form" work?

It seems that we really had a problem with this e-mail form. There was a missconfiguration and we unlocked the form now. Please resend your support question to us. We are very sorry about that.
