Multiple languages in event messages

Is there some way to send the event message in multiple languages? My server will now send the message in the language requested by the client, which is nice for i.e. UaExpert. However, if the client is a server that has to forward this message to multiple other clients, it would need the message in all available languages.
I could easily implement that with an custom event field, but that is likely not to be supported by any client (except test clients like UaExpert).
