Event filter on states, e.g. suppressed state

How can I create an event filter which gives me all events on suppressed alarms and also the event saying that the alarm has become unsuppressed?
You cannot filter on a boolean value if you are interested in true and false values. It is not possible to filter on transitions.
You can only filter for AlarmConditionType and you must do the transition filtering on the client side.
