Dear support,
I would like to read my PLC data (Schneider/Sigmatek) via OPC UA communication protocol. My quation is which is the best way to get the data from the PLC (data push/pull)? What is the minimum sampling rate that I can choose?

Re: connectivity with Schneider/Sigmatek PLC
Hello,
please contact Schneider directly for OPC UA Server functionality on their PLCs.
When using an (external) third party OPC UA Server (e.g. like Kepware or other) the data connection is using a proprietaly protocol and typically is polling the PLC. The minimum sampling depends on the ammount of data and the load you are allowed to put on the machine. Typical sampling rates start at 100ms and go up to 2000ms for Gui and HMI applications.
